You can fly to Tenerife North or Las Palmas and then take the local Binter Canarias flight to Gomera airport (GMZ) which is a five minute taxi ride from the apartments. There are morning and evening flight each day from both airports. Normally people fly to Tenerife South airport (TFS) and from there take a taxi or bus to Los Cristianos port and take the ferry from there. Ferry companies operating the service are: Fred Olsen S.A. - www.fredolsen.es Garajonay Express - www.garajonayexpres.com Naviera Armas - www.navieraarmas.com The Garajonay Expres ferry stops at Playa Santiago which is a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride to the apartments. The other ferries dock at San Sebastian de La Gomera only. The local bus service (Line 2 - Alajero) meet the Fred Olsen arrivals. Ask for Laguna de Santiago and you will be dropped at the end of the pedestrian lane, calle Santa Ana. A taxi costs approx. 35.00 euros. We can organise car hire for collection from TFS, San Sebastian port or from Playa Santiago. |
